She offered to create an appliqued version of Ruby's illustration of the husband. It's fabulous and Ruby was genuinely shocked and impressed, in equal measure, when she saw her creation had come to life off the paper. I am sure the husband only wishes he was as thin as his daughter likes to sketch him.
Being the generous lady she is, Rhi would like to offer one of my lovely readers the very same thing. You may remember Rhi and her beautiful work from posts over at BabyMac. I remembered her instantly - along with Graeme and Barry. Classics, really. Rhi is an Aussie mama with three smalls of her own, currently living in Belgium for a while after she fell in love and married a Belgian. You can see more of her talent at her Etsy store and Facebook page. She also sells through Down That Little Lane.
The lucky winner will receive their choice of either a small framed applique, or an A4 sized unframed applique. Drawings need to be simple and uncomplicated - no big family portraits! Rhi will post anywhere in the world between Belgium and Australia.
Make sure you have a lovely look around Rhi's online spaces. While you're lurking around Facebook, be sure to show Rhi some love, and you may as well extend your lurking over here. You could even LIKE me. If you feel that way inclined, of course.
Leave your name and email address in the comments, along with how fabulous you think Rhi is for generously offering up her crafty hands to please my beautiful readers. I'll draw and announce a winner, one week from today. Go!
