Last night I was privileged and humbled to witness the birth of a perfect baby boy into this world. A beautiful, strong stranger allowed me to document her journey into motherhood - her literal journey into motherhood. I watched baby boy emerge from his mother, to be enveloped in her arms while her face showed nothing but wonder and astonishment at what she had achieved, and what she had made.

I would so love to do this too one day. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but I think it's amazing and the raw emotion that can be captured, breath taking.
